The app is designed to provide residents of Dubai with a convenient and easy-to-use platform for all their transportation needs.
The app provides a range of services such as the ability to book and pay for taxi fares, renew vehicle registration, view traffic violations, and much more. In addition, the app also provides users with important information such as traffic updates and alerts, RTA news and events, and even a lost and found service. RTA Citizen
The RTA Citizen App is a new initiative by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) of Dubai that aims to make the process of reporting traffic incidents and accidents a whole lot easier.
The app, which is available for both Android and iOS devices, allows users to report any incidents or accidents that they witness on the roads of Dubai. All you need to do is open the app and select the type of incident that you want to report. You will then be asked to provide some basic information about the incident, such as the location, time, and details of the incident. Once you have submitted the report, the RTA will be notified and they will take appropriate action. The RTA Citizen App is a great way to help make the roads of Dubai safer for everyone. If you witness an accident or incident, make sure to report it using the app.
Ap RTA Citizen App
The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced the launch of a new smart application called ‘RTA Citizen’. The app is designed to provide residents of Dubai with a one-stop-shop for all their transportation-related needs. The app will allow users to book and pay for taxis, renew their driver’s licenses, pay traffic fines, and even report incidents such as potholes or accidents.
Speaking about the launch of the app, His Excellency Mattar Al Tayer, Director General and Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors of the RTA, said: “The RTA is keen on providing smart services that make the lives of residents easier.
The new Ap RTA Citizen app will save time and effort as it enables them to complete their transactions without having to visit RTA offices.” He added: “The app will also help reduce overcrowding at RTA service centres, and will eventually lead to the closure of some of these centres as more and more people move to using the app.” To use the app, residents will first need to create an account and then select the services they wish to use. Payment can be made using a credit or debit card, or through the RTA’s ‘Nol’ smart card.
The RTA is also working on adding new features to the app, such as the ability to book and pay for parking, and to renew vehicle registration. The app is currently available to download for free on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
